Wash and Dry Laundromat

Description:
Just as the name implies, wash your clothes here and dry them too! Don't have the room in your house for a washer or dryer? No problem! Come on down here to the Wash and Dry Laundromat to get all your clothes clean and fresh! There are also sitting areas with books and drinks for you while you wait, and even a toy box for the little ones. This was built for Sunset Valley, so I tried to incorporate a somewhat beachy vibe with modern architecture, and the place also went slightly retro with certain colors and patterns.

      I'm glad you like it cheezy! I really need to finish all my commercial lots for various towns, and now Lunar Lakes is out and Starlight Shores is coming in a couple of weeks. Must stop procrastinating!!! lol Thanks again!
